Bookings & payments

A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and verified. Tour pricing, itinerary, and inclusions are as published on the booking page at the time of booking.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation policy varies by tour and is shown on each tour's page. Refunds, where applicable, are processed via the original payment method within a reasonable time after approval.

Documents

It is each zaaer's responsibility to ensure that travel documents (passport, visas, civil ID) are valid for the duration of the tour. We assist with visa processing where applicable; final approval rests with the issuing authority.

Conduct & safety

All zaaereen are expected to follow the directions of the tour leadership and the laws of host countries. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct endangers the group or contravenes these terms.

Liability

Faiz-e-Hussaini Kuwait acts as a coordinator between zaaereen and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, ground operators). Our liability is limited to the value of services actually paid to us.

Changes

We may amend these terms from time to time. Any change applies to bookings made after the change is published.
