Who owns what in the Faiz-e-Hussaini Kuwait platform, and what you may do with it.
The software
The Faiz-e-Hussaini Kuwait platform — this website, the member portal, the administrative and finance system, the REST API, and the Faiz-e-Hussaini Kuwait mobile applications for Android and iOS — is the original work of IzTech Solutions.

That copyright covers the whole of the work, including but not limited to:
- All source code, in every language and on every tier — server, client, database and mobile.
- The database schema, its views, stored logic, constraints and migration history.
- The interface and interaction design: layout, visual system, colour and type treatment, iconography drawn for this product, component structure and the wording of the interface.
- The API design — its endpoints, request and response shapes, and authentication scheme.
- The accounting model, the booking and cancellation state machine, the document-lifecycle rules, and the other business logic devised for this platform.
- Technical and administrative documentation produced for the system.
Faiz-e-Hussaini Kuwait operates the platform under licence from IzTech Solutions. That licence permits Faiz-e-Hussaini Kuwait to run the service for its members; it does not transfer ownership of the software.
The brand and the content
Separately from the software, the “Faiz-e-Hussaini” name, the calligraphic emblem, and the content published through the platform — tour descriptions and itineraries, photography, announcements and written material — belong to Faiz-e-Hussaini Kuwait. Nothing on this page claims any right over them.
Material published here that originates with the Dawoodi Bohra community or its institutions remains the property of its respective owners and is used with permission.
What you may do
If you are a registered member, you have a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the website and the app to browse tours, make and manage your own bookings, and hold your own records. You may freely print or download your own receipts, vouchers and booking confirmations for your personal use.
What you may not do
Without written permission from IzTech Solutions, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, adapt, translate or create derivative works from any part of the software or its design.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the applications, or attempt to derive the source code or database structure.
- Extract data by automated means — scraping, crawling, bulk downloading or harvesting — or use the API other than through the official applications.
- Rent, lease, sell, sublicense or otherwise make the platform available to any third party.
- Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or attribution notice.
- Mirror, frame or present any part of the platform as your own work.
- Circumvent, disable or probe any access control, rate limit or security measure.
Third-party components
The platform is built without third-party application frameworks or component libraries; the code is original. One external resource is used: the Inter typeface, by Rasmus Andersson, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Its copyright remains with its author.
Reporting infringement
If you believe material on this platform infringes your copyright, write to [email protected] with enough detail to identify the material and your claim, and we will investigate promptly and remove anything infringing.
