How the portal works
The shortest route to an answer, plus what happens between your request and the office completing it.
Start with the thing you are trying to do
- The dashboard brings urgent actions—such as missing documents or a balance—into one place.
- Open a booking from here to see the exact traveller, payment or document state.
- The bell contains office updates. Opening one marks it as read and takes you to the relevant record.
What happens after you submit a booking
Submitting the form is the start of the office workflow, not the final confirmation. A booking can remain PENDING while payment or document review is outstanding. The booking page shows which part still needs attention.
The statuses that matter
| Status | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| PENDING | Submitted, but one or more required checks are not complete. |
| CONFIRMED | Payment and required document checks are complete for the booking. |
| COMPLETED | The tour has finished and the record is retained for history. |
| CANCELLED | The booking is no longer active. Any refund has its own separate status. |
What the office checks—and what stays private
The office may review payment evidence, traveller eligibility and travel documents before completing an action. The portal deliberately does not expose internal notes, security checks, staff assignments or accounting records. It does show the outcome you need: what is pending, what needs correction and whether a request has been accepted or completed.
