Prepare for your tour
Where to find the itinerary, advisories, shared files, travel details and group-leader information.
Read the tour page before booking
The tour page contains dates, destinations, inclusions and exclusions, terms, itinerary and current availability. Dates and plans can change when travel providers or authorities change arrangements, so return to the page rather than relying on an old screenshot or forwarded message.
- Check dates, availability and the latest tour summary.
- Open itinerary days for the current plan.
- Published advisories highlight important changes or preparation.
Where advisories and shared files appear
Published advisories appear on the tour. Files meant for your booking or tour—such as travel instructions—appear within the booking when the office makes them available. A notification can link directly to the relevant item.
Use the booking as your journey record
- The booking header shows the current overall state and tour link.
- Use the tabs for travellers, documents, payments and travel information.
- Travel details appear when the office has allocated and shared them. An empty section can simply mean preparation is not complete yet.
The booking also keeps its status history. Do not assume an empty travel-allocation area is an error before the office has prepared those details.
Group leader and co-traveller information
Leader/contact information and limited co-traveller details appear only for a relevant confirmed tour group. This protects member privacy. Use those details for journey coordination, not for unrelated contact or redistribution.
