Book a tour
Choose an available tour, add travellers, complete documents and submit the request.
Choose an available tour
Open Tours, compare dates, destinations, inclusions and the starting price, then open the tour. Some tours are invitation-only and appear only to eligible members. A tour that is closed, full or past its registration window cannot accept a new booking.
- Use the list, cards or calendar to compare available tours.
- Open a card for the full itinerary, inclusions, terms and availability.
- A booking badge means you already have a request for that tour—open it instead of starting again.
Read the tour terms and accept them before continuing. The price shown as “from” is not necessarily the final total; each traveller’s age, residency and configured category determine the applicable fare.
Step 1 — select travellers
- Choose yourself and any eligible family or verified group members who will travel.
- Check each traveller’s residency and fare information before continuing.
- If a traveller is under 18, identify their travelling mother or father when prompted.
- Select from your family and confirmed groups. Pending custom-group members stay unavailable until they confirm the shared code.
- The cart is the final traveller list. Remove accidental selections here.
- Continue only after every traveller’s details are correct.
Step 2 — complete required documents
The wizard shows the requirements for this tour and traveller. Link an existing usable document or upload a new one. A document in your library only counts when it is linked to the correct traveller and requirement.
- Open each traveller to see only the requirements that apply to them.
- A linked upload may still await office verification; the card shows its current state.
- The portal blocks submission while a required slot is empty or unusable.
Step 3 — review and submit
Check the traveller list, total and KNET details. A short seat hold is used during final review; it is not a confirmed booking. Do not close the payment flow or press submit repeatedly.
- Confirm every traveller and fare before submission.
- Review the total and payment information. Portal payments are KNET-only.
- Submit once. The next screen shows the booking reference and current status.
What happens after submission
The portal creates a booking request and takes you to its detail page. The office does not need a phone call to know it exists. Payment completion and document verification can happen at different times, so PENDING is normal until both are complete.
